What happens to what you type into the contact form
Who is responsible
East Street Labs is an independent brand run by Max. If you have any question about your data, or want it deleted, email hello@eaststreetlabs.com.
What is collected
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address and your message. Nothing else is collected, and there is no account to create.
Why, and on what basis
Your details are used for one purpose — to read your message and reply to it. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the contact form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing the address above.
Who else sees it
The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes the message on to our inbox and acts as our processor. From there the message is kept in our email account. We store it rather than deleting it on a schedule, so if you want it gone, just say so and we will erase it.
No tracking
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and embeds nothing from anyone else. Fonts are served from this site rather than from Google, so no request leaves your browser until you press send.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what is stored about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be erased. If you think your data is mishandled you can complain to the Swedish authority IMY.
